One Battle After Another

One Battle After Another is an incredibly well-made film.

The story is engaging, the themes are surprisingly relevant, the action is thrilling, the cinematography is beautiful, and the performances are absolutely outstanding.

All of which makes this my favorite Paul Thomas Anderson film to date!

Unfortunately, given how close to home it hit, I also found the movie to be a little too tough to watch at times.
