Tron

I recently watched Tron for the very first time, and l have to admit that l was a bit underwhelmed by it.

Because, while the film may have a fascinating Hollywood history, that history doesn't make the movie any more fun and entertaining.

Yes: this is a surprisingly dull film with incredibly lackluster visuals. I mean, I know the effects were revolutionary back in 1982, but they look undeniably - and distractingly - outdated today.

Pair that with the confusing plot, the stiff performances, and the general lack of heart, and Tron is a movie that feels just as cold and sterile as it looks.
