Americana is an interesting little neo-western.

It features a solid cast, compelling performances, fascinating characters, an engaging premise, and culturally rich themes; all of which should make for a really good movie.

Unfortunately, since it doesn't commit to focusing on one central character, storyline, or overall tone, the film also feels a bit more muddled than it should. Resulting in an odd - and ultimately forgettable - experience.
